Our caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and
carefully selected individuals. They are personally and thoroughly screened. They are liability insured and bonded
for added protection. Caregivers are our employees, and therefore, we provide workers' compensation insurance
and take care of income tax withholdings.
In addition to their previous
experience, caregivers receive
continuous training that includes Certified Companion Aides program, a curriculum exclusive
to RTC Senior Companions. |
